Singer-songwriter Todd Snider has landed a choice spot as the opener for the limited tour by Was (Not Was) in support of their new recording, Boo. It is their first album of new material in nearly two decades.

Snider will join Don and David Was on the second date of their tour at the Blender Theatre at Gramercy in New York City On May 1 and will appear on a total of 10 dates with them, culminating at The Cabooze in Minneapolis on May 13.

While on tour, Snider plans to record some demos with Don Was, which could lead to the producer helming a future project by the singer-songwriter.
